Refund policy

Our Promise At Lottie Luxe, every product is formulated with intention — clean ingredients, luxurious results, and your wellbeing at the center. If something isn't right, we make it right. Simply reach out and we'll handle the rest.

Return Window Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition — gently used products are accepted. Packaging should be intact where possible.

How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Once the return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are offered on all eligible items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Lottie Luxe error (wrong item, damaged goods). In those cases, we cover return shipping entirely.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
